New slogan - where Vets lunch breaks come before animal care or where Vets like to leave early for their lunch and it doesnt matter about your pet. We care for your pets as long as your not 3 minutes late and the Vet wants to leave early for her lunch. Then we really don't care about your sick animal. Appointment today at 1.45pm- arrive 1.48pm, incredibly rude receptionist disappears to speak with the Vet- returns at 1.51 pm to say vet is now going on her lunch, your dog will have to wait for its injection, come back at 3.15. We had been 3 minutes late. Regarless of the hours in the past we have sat waiting for our appointments to be told your 3 minutes late which means the Vet can no go on her lunch 9 minutes early, so your dog cant have its injection. The receptionist also lied and claimed the appointment was missing in the diary - even after showing the text messages an emails from VETS for pets about the appointment. Local service gone wrong of a big franchisee or a franchisee that really doesnt care - disgrace.

Have been with this practice for years and all the staff are incredible. The clinical team are reassuring and the reception staff cannot do enough to help. They can chat to you via WhatsApp and also send payment links this way which is great.

This vets saved my dogs life! In particular Naomi. Absolutely fantastic vet! Really cared about my dog and would not give up on him. She fought her butt off for him and brought him from deaths door! I'm forever thankful. There is also an amazing nurse georgia who's love and care certainly contributed. She was amazing with him. Thanks vets for pets!

We have been using Rebecca’s veterinary practice, for a number of years now. I must confess we were a little hesitant to use a surgery inside a chain store, but the Vets that we were using closed down. Rebecca and her staff treated our elderly cats, Milo and Fizz until end of life (18), with respect, kindness and they put the cat’s welfare above profit. Both my wife and I were touched by their kindness, consideration and aftercare, we would not hesitate to use Rebecca and her team for future pets. Highly recommended.

Our request for an appointment to register our dog/for a health check was dealt with quickly and the appointment availability was great. When walking into the appointment to speak to the vet she was very clear as to what she was checking for & what we need to be aware of/what the plan should be for our dog. Both her & the receptionist explanation of his treatments, the complete care plan/pricing was very transparent so we didn’t feel at any point we’d be facing any hidden charges. They also offered to chase the previous owner’s vets for the information we couldn’t obtain.

We phoned with our dog who had an eye injury. They made the appointment the same day. The vet was very helpful and polite. The treatment given has helped make him so much better and his eye is healing well. The staff on reception were also very polite and helpful. Thank you again for seeing us so quickly.
