Excellent nursing team! Today a Healthcheck360 was carried out on my 12 year old cat. Leanne and Sian spent some time getting to know Ozzy before starting his checks. They were very professional, gentle and caring. Leanne explained everything as she went along. After a thorough examination, blood pressure monitoring and a blood test, Ozzy was free to go! I will receive the results in a couple of days and hopefully Ozzy will have a clean bill of health. Highly recommend this health check.

I want to express my deepest, most heartfelt thank you to the wonderful team at Rhyd Broughton Vets. Our beloved Sisi passed away on September 18th, and during what was an incredibly heartbreaking and difficult time, the vet and the receptionists wrapped us in so much love, kindness, and compassion.They treated us with the utmost care, patience, and sensitivity when we needed it most. We have now received Sisi back from her cremation, beautifully returned to us in a stunning urn. Along with it, we have precious memories that our family will treasure forever.Thank you all for looking after Sisi and for showing us such genuine care. I am forever grateful for your support.

First of all, a huge shout out to Amy Hargreaves, who made my visit with an exceptionally nervous German shepherd, as relaxed as can be. My dog has seen quite a few vets and nurses here, and this last visit was the best by far! It's typically a nightmare and I usually hear some form of crying in the back when she's taken from me, but Amy made adjustments to the appointment that reduced my dog's stress considerably and kept her with me during the appointment. The receptionists are all pleasant, but admittedly, there is one there that could be nicer. Overall, the practice is generally good and clean, too.

We have a reactive, rescue, adolescent collie. He looks aggressive but is a scared pup. Tom didn't make us feel embarrassed, and was so calm in his manner, our collie stopped barking, had a fuss and relaxed enough for his vaccination (Tom very skilled). Had absolutely dreaded the appt, but now feel hopeful things will improve after his positive experience. Huge thanks also to the receptionists for letting us go around to a back door, really friendly and helpful x

Excellent vet practice all staff are amazing , welcoming and place is clean and my dog never fells or shoes any anxiety when we go there so well worth being a member of the vet practice.
