Reception good when when arriving, waiting time to see the vet very good , my dogs given thorough examination also vet answered any questions I had well pleased

My 9year old Irish wolfhound is struggling with arthritis pain in his back legs. He had an allergic reaction to Librella so Martina the vet suggested acupuncture. It has really helped him and I highly recommend acupuncture- this is the second dog I have used it for. Martina is an amazing vet and really goes above and beyond for her patients.

Highly recommend this vet clinic — compassionate and professional I had a very difficult situation this morning and this practice went above and beyond. While driving to work on the dual carriageway I unfortunately hit a cat, who died instantly. I took him straight to the clinic so he could be identified and returned to his owner. I arrived well before opening time, and even though I was clearly upset, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They took all my details and assured me they would handle everything. Later that day they called to let me know the cat was one of their registered patients, that they had contacted the owner, and politely asked if it was okay to pass on my contact information. Everything was handled with such care and sensitivity. I’m so grateful for how they supported both me and the cat’s owner during a sad situation. Thank you — this is exactly how a veterinary practice should treat people. I will definitely be recommending you.

Only popped in to collect a prescription for our dog. I checked their website for opening times which says that they're open from 9am until 6pm. When I got there, they were closed 1pm until 2pm for lunch. Please update the website

Always excellent, wouldn’t go to any other vets either with routine or emergency. Reception, nurses and vets all extremely helpful, friendly and understanding. Highly recommend.
