New Foundry Vets is part of Park Issa Veterinary Hospital, an RCVS-accredited practice that says it has been caring for animals since 1964. Based on the website, it supports both companion animals and farm animals, and offers a Pet Health Club® Plus plan that includes consultations. Recent reviews often focus on day-to-day client experience (friendly staff, rooms described as sanitised, and the practice “rarely very busy”), plus practical help such as arranging pet travel requirements. There is also a clear disagreement in review feedback: one client describes serious frustration around medical record/insurance communication and withheld parasite treatment linked to an excess/payment dispute.

Came here to do some work today on site... Lauren was kind enough to open up for me, even though she had just started get lunch break.. a lovely lady who very generously phoned my office to tell me i'd left my bag before I'd got too far away. Great hospitality.... Thank you ...😊

Excellent practice and wonderful customer service, they've been really, really good for me and more importantly my little man Stewie! We travel frequently to Ireland and they always take care of his travel requirements and the pet plan is excellent value for money. I'm very particular who I trust with Stewie but all at New Foundry have always been excellent in my few years of going there and I have great trust in them. Thank you! Andrew & Stewie!

My dog had a fit Augist 2022 got told nothing just heat I double checked It wasn't going down as a condition and changed my insurance once I did and she fit again they said it was elipsesy and wouldn't tell insurance it wasn't recorded as epilsey previously leaving me with thousands in debt now with my mums dog who pays pet plan every month won't give her flea and worm treatment as apparently she owes excess but she has a letter of her insurance saying she's paid the excess and still with holding the dog treatment WHICH HAS BEEN PAID FOR we've been with them since they opened and the past 12 months they've gone so downhill and only care about money

Our family vets, located just down the road from our house. So lucky to have such a friendly group of people look after our cat. Have visited a few times for annual check ups and so on, can't fault them Keep up the great work
