Excellent vets for exotics. I take my tortoise there every year for a health check. Tim treated him/her for shell rot a few years ago, very knowledgeable and Henry aka Henrietta received excellent care.

Doctor Tim is absolutely amazing. With his nurses he went above and beyond to help us care for our very poorly chinchilla. Excellent care, amazing people. We will always be grateful for everything.

I had a really good experience at this vet. The staff were kind and caring, and they made sure my pet was well looked after. Very pleased with the service I received for my corn snake, Tim very obviously knows exotics and I’m very happy my snake received care from him rather than a non specialised veterinarian. He gave tips for husbandry and knew how to handle my snake properly and safely which was my main concern when looking for a vet. Would recommend.

Tim Dale is the most amazing vet ever he really knows what he is doing, he really cares about your pet hes literally a life saver. I won't take my guinea pigs anywhere else, my guinea was so poorly and Tim spent a long time with him cleaning him up treating him and sorting out lots of medications and treatment plan for him, he skipped his own lunch break to save my pig in crisis. Tim is the man thank you I am forever grateful
