Animal trust were absolutely fantastic when my dog was poorly. She had emergency treatment in animal trust ellesmere port and they were brilliant. Then her aftercare our usual vets animal trust in wrexham. All the staff are fantastic the receptionists, admin, nurses and vets. I dont remember all their names but vet Charlotte was absolutely amazing when my dog Georgie had post op complications and didn't give up until she found the cause. Ivo the vet is also fantastic and so caring and thorough with Georgie. Robbie is also great with Georgie. Georgie actually runs into the vets and isnt nervous and I do think its because the vets are so great with her. I had some issues with the insurance billing but Liam and a lovely nurse helped me sort it out. im sorry I didnt get her name. Im sorry I can't remember everyone's name who helped but they are all a fantastic team and I am always so grateful for their caring help. I would definitely recommend animal trust in wrexham. Keep doing the amazing work you do and thank you so much.

On 30th Sept we had to put our much loved dog aged 14 to sleep at animal trust wrexham.Our appointment was at 3pm.I informed the receptionist that we were there and had to sit outside for 20 minutes for the vet to come out. In our opinion having had four dogs previously he took far longer than necessary to get through a very upsetting experience.Surely if an appointment has been made then the vet should be ready and waiting to deal with the situation straight away which did not happen.I was told we could collect his ashes in a week's time but heard nothing. Today I had to ring to enquire and was told the ashes were waiting for us.Noone had rung ! All in all a very upsetting experience made worse by lack of professionalism.

We have used Animal Trust Vets in Wrexham for a few years now to look after our dogs. We have always found them to be very friendly and professional. We've always been able to get an appointment, especially emergency ones. We've always found the vet and nurses to have an empathy towards our pets and we'd give a special shout out to Charlotte and Leah. We've recommended this practice to friends and family.

We have complete trust with all the staff at Animal Trust as they show such kindness and care with our dog....we took him for his usual yearly check up and thought he was fine with no abnormal symptoms but the vet found a firmness in his abdomen .....after many tests they found he had a mass inside him the size of a grapefruit but when they removed it, it was the size of a melon! The surgeon who operated on him is a European Specialist in Small Animals and the operation was a success.....without the excellent knowledge of the vets there our boy could have died...every single person at Animal Trust, from the receptionists to the nurses and vets, are all so caring and kind, keep you fully informed and the prices they charge are reasonable to.....each vet consultation is free, you just pay for any medication and procedures and they always give you an in depth pricing guide before carrying out any treatment....we would not trust any other vets to care for our dog......you do not have to be on any benefits to use them as they are not a charity...they will treat any pet at their clinics which include a fully equipped hospital at Ellesmere Port .....I thoroughly recommend them.
